The Philadelphia Chapter of the NBA Women Lawyers Division, as part of its Sister in Success program, is sponsoring a panel discussion CLE on “Race, Gender and the Law in Post-Obama America” on August 17, 2017, 530 – 730 pm, at the law firm of Marshall, Dennehey, 2000 Market Street, 23rd Floor, Philadelphia, PA. One ethics credit will be provided. There is no charge for this CLE.

The CLE will address the questions: What will 2018 look like for women lawyers? Can the panel predict the legal forecast for attorneys?
Panelists are: Sheryl L. Axelrod, Esq., The Axelrod Firm, PC; Kimberly Mutcherson, Esq., Vice Dean and Professor of Law, Rutgers University School of Law; Satra Sampson-Arokium, Dirctor of Diversity and Inclusion, Dechert, LLP.
Sisters in Success (SiS) is a program series hosted by the NBA Women Lawyers Division, Philadelphia Chapter. The purpose of the series is to manifest the need for WLD to be more visible in the legal arena and improve on the mentorship of young professional women of color in the field. Inspiration for the series came from Sheryl Sandberg’s book, “Leaning In: Women, Work and the Will to Lead.”
