This law that prohibits sex discrimination in educational institutions has evolved since its passage with a string of court decisions, revised regulations, and regulatory guidance. This CLE will look at the evolution of Title IX over the past 50 years and look ahead to the new proposed Title IX regulations that the US Department of Education will issue in Spring 2022.
